As part of Microsoft’s continued efforts to improve Microsoft Teams, the experience you receive when you first join a meeting is going to change.

Rolling out from the start of September onwards, Microsoft have created a new preview window which appears when joining a meeting. The window will give you full control over your computer’s audio and video settings, including choice of background filters, and adding in room & phone audio devices.

The meeting preview window will begin to look like this:
